Winnie the pooh
Today , being Saturday and I have no MBA Classes; joined with my little one to watch "Winne the pooh" movie. Wonderful movie with excellent message for kids.
This movie starts with Christopher Robin and animal kingdom includes Winnie (DIE HARD HONEY LOVER). A reward was declared who can find missing tail for piglet. Multiple attempts were made by Pooh with others to get pot of honey and no success so far. One day pooh in search of honey went to Christopher home and found note lying outside.
Poor winnie has trouble reading long sentences . As a honest team member went to his leader to understand this note. Eagle (leader) who mis understood note and said there is a animal by name "Back Soon" and has captured christopher. All team members including tiger laid trap in jungle to capture "Back Soon" and release chirstopher. Unfortunatley all animals got traped itself in a deep hole along with Pooh who was first to fall in search of honey. Finally, pooh used letters to jump out of hole and gave lead to others, all were out and meet Christopher. Winnie, went to Christopher and said how is he released. Christopher said "he was never captured, went to school". Message was mis understood (by eagle).
Again, Pooh went to Eagle home in search of honey and found tail looking element. Eagle try to bribe him with pot of honey. Pooh refuses and went to christopher with tail like element and have it fixed on piglet. As a reward, get big pot of honey.
Take Aways:
1. Leader should be Subject Matter Expert.
2. Team is always ready to work hard and gives 100% for their leader.
3. Success of team depends on leader's vision and capability.
4. Hard work pays you (may be sometime little late)
5. As a Team member ensure, leader is expert (and not pretend to be expert)

Man's searching for meaning - Part 2
Finally, I finished late night remaining part of Man's searching for meaning.
The feeling of loved ones in near vincity and can hear voice, birthday celebration and yet cannot reach or see. Painful moments. Later part was similar - Work, stay in hut, fight for food, life and in human conditions in camp. Couple of terminology coined by Dr. Frankle are hard to remember in first go.
Take Aways :
1. Person live because HE IS WILLING TO LIVE AND HIS DISTINY WANTS HIM TO LIVE.

Man's searching for meaning - Part 1
Amazing book by Dr. Viktor Frankl. A doctor by profession and has pen down his Nazi experience in a simple way.
Reading Part 1 and was visualing Nazi camp and people inside experience trauma. The first thought came to my mind (being a vegiterian) is about Chicken which are dumbed in shops every morning for food.
Just like Chicken, human beings are controlled in wired fence and then send to final destination - death. The only difference is Chicken don't have to work. However chicken need to look healthy to be transported very much like Prisoners in Nazi camp daily shave to show they are fit for work and healthy.
Will add more by next week.

Stanley Ka Daba
A must movie for kids above 5+ and Parents/Teacher.
Take aways:
1) Don't look for sympathy. [A boy who was orphan and raised by his unlce, never reveals to his friends that he is orphan and cannot bring tiffin / lunch in school. He proudly defend in smart way and always praise his mom. ]
2) Don't stick to problem, find solution. [A boy was punished and banned from school by teacher till he brings tiffin/lunch from home. He discussed with his working parter, Yes boy works in his uncle hotel after school and found solution]
3) Be Happy and excel in everything you do. [ A boy did a wonderful project - Light house with light glowing as fish swim in small plater. ]
4) De-learning [ A science teacher could not understand the beauty of this project and call rubbish. A Hindi teacher , deprived by food always look for food from others. A direct hit to our education system.]
5) Be Open [ A boy's friend complaind about teacher to his peer teacher and later all bunch of students went to principal and told entire tiffin ban episode]
and last but not least:
JUST WATCH BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE - Team Introduction and keep watching animation of two animated characters and red color box --- You will get entire movie summary in just 2-3 minutes.
